CLOSED BETA · TERMS AND SAFETY

Responsible use of VetNarra

These beta terms establish practical safety expectations for owners, testers and veterinary viewers.

Not veterinary advice

VetNarra organises owner-provided information. It does not diagnose, prescribe, triage emergencies or replace examination and professional veterinary judgement.

Owner responsibilities

Owners must review AI-extracted information, correct inaccuracies, share only records they are authorised to share, choose appropriate expiry and PIN settings, send PINs separately, and revoke or delete access when it is no longer needed.

Veterinary viewer responsibilities

Veterinary viewers must treat the page as a read-only owner-maintained handover, verify critical information against original documentation and clinical examination, avoid forwarding the link, and stop using it after the veterinary purpose ends.

Emergencies

Do not rely on VetNarra for urgent triage. Contact an appropriate veterinary clinic or emergency service directly.

Beta reliability

Features may change, contain defects or be temporarily unavailable. Testers should retain original veterinary documents and should not use VetNarra as the sole copy of a medical record.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to access another owner’s records, guess PINs, bypass expiry or revocation, scrape veterinary pages, upload malicious material, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.

Feedback and removal

Testers should report incorrect behaviour to the person who invited them. Owners can revoke or permanently delete individual vet passes from Vet Access.
